Terms & Conditions

1. The customer agrees that each and every order he places with the seller is subject to the seller's stock availability, and/or that allocation of such stock/inventory of the seller to any order so placed shall be at the seller's sole discretion.
   
   
2. The customer further agrees that the seller shall have the right to cancel any and all orders at any time. In the event of cancellation, refund will be processed within 14 working days.
   
   
3. All stated prices are subject to GST and applicable taxes.
   
   
4. The seller shall be entitled to levy delivery charges for any request for delivery of any order.
   
   
5. All orders shall be on CASH ON DELIVERY terms, save where prior credit facilities have been approved, or payment is made by Visa, PayPal, or equivalent or other method approved by the seller.
   
   
6. Where cheque payments are approved by the seller, all cheque payments shall be crossed and made payable to: BRITEACE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD.
   
   
7. By ordering any of our alcoholic products, you certify that you are over 18 years old, or have reached the legal age required in your country of residence to be allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.
